These terms apply to software purchased directly from the Nutcracker Studios software store. By completing checkout, you agree to these terms and the Refund Policy.

Account and entitlement

A purchase is associated with the verified customer account used at checkout. The purchase grants the entitlement shown for the selected product and does not transfer ownership of the software or its source code.

Activation and device limits

Software may use a securely provisioned device credential and periodic heartbeat authorization. Normal software use does not require repeatedly entering an account password. Activation is limited to the number of devices shown for the product.

Subscriptions

Subscription products renew at the interval and price displayed during checkout until canceled. Cancellation normally stops future billing while preserving access through the current paid-through date. Payment failure, expiration, refund, or chargeback may cause the entitlement to expire or be revoked.

Software integrity and acceptable use

You may not bypass licensing, heartbeat, device-limit, or integrity controls; distribute credentials; or use the software in a way that violates applicable law. Approved releases may be verified using their recorded cryptographic hash.

Refunds

Software is sold as-is. Nutcracker Studios' voluntary refund policy permits a refund only before installation or activation. Statutory rights and remedies required by applicable law are not limited. See the Refund Policy for details.

Service availability and changes

Nutcracker Studios may maintain, secure, update, or retire services and software releases. Material policy changes apply prospectively and will be published with a new policy version; the version accepted with an order is retained in the order record.
